Itinerary
Day 1:
9:30 a.m.: Walk to the Golden Temple
- We know that the Golden Temple is a sacred place of worship for Sikhs, but it also shows a sign of equality. On this guided tour of the Golden Temple, you will learn about the history and culture of Sikhism. This guided walk through the Golden Temple will be divided into three parts: architectural, historical and cultural. 12:00 p.m.: Jallianwala Bagh
- If we are in Amritsar, how can we not visit Jallianwala Bagh, which plays an important role in the history of India. During this 2-day Amritsar tour package, you will visit Jallianwala Bagh. This is the place where a British general committed a great massacre called General O Dwyer. This massacre took place on April 13, 1919. Lunch break
3:00 p.m. Travel to Wagah border

7:00 p.m. Gobindgarh Fort:

10:00 a.m.: Partition Museum
- Your second day will begin with a new chapter in history. Today we will explore detailed information between India and Pakistan in 1947. This second day tour will start at 10:00 AM. During this Partition Museum, you will see several galleries and each gallery will tell its own story. This Partition Museum tour will last approximately 2 hours.
11:00 a.m. Heritage walking tour
- After finishing this visit to the Partition Museum, we will begin a heritage walk. During this walk, you will feel the old era of the city and go back to the 90s. During the heritage walking tour, we will pass through the old city and explore some hidden gems. You will also meet your 400 year old great grandfather Am, Amritsar. This tour will start outside the Partition Museum and end outside the Golden Temple complex.
12:00 p.m.: Durgiana Mandir
- Durgiana Mandir is a Hindu shrine and its sanctorum is just a replica of the Golden Temple. Additionally, its doors are made of real silver and real gold. The footprints of Lord Krishna are also found in this temple. You can end your tour with this incredible spiritual place.
